Empty the rooms
We take everything that isn't staying out of the rooms being worked on, before the start date.

Take what comes out
When the old kitchen or bathroom comes out, we take it on a day booked around the installer, before it fills your garage.

Clear the leftovers
Once the trades hand over, we take the offcuts and packaging and anything else the new room has retired.

Old eaves sheeting or vinyl underlay? Get it tested first.
The NSW EPA says a house built before 1990 probably contains some asbestos. Going by when the suburb was built, many houses around here are that old. If a renovation will disturb eaves linings, wet-area wall sheeting or old vinyl and its backing, have it tested before anyone touches it.
We don't remove asbestos. A licensed asbestos contractor does, and we'll happily work around their visit. What to test, and who does what

A few lines is plenty. We ring you back, come and look at it, and agree one fixed price before anything is lifted.
No hourly rate, no tip fees on top. The price covers loading, sweeping up and taking it to a licensed facility. If the job changes on the day, we agree the change before we carry on.
